jc99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. Available payment methods may change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to you are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from as low as RM10 for e-wallet deposits and RM30 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits also apply and may vary based on your Account tier and verification status. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
jc99 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own fees, for which jc99 accepts no responsibility.
You may request a withdrawal of eligible funds from your Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jc99 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any eligible remaining balance (after satisfaction of all wagering requirements and deduction of any outstanding fees) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
jc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other reason at jc99's sole discretion. Where an Account is closed due to a Terms violation, jc99 may forfeit any bonus balance and associated winnings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jc99's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to jc99's internal complaints procedure, which may be initiated by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in jc99's licensing jurisdiction.
